Cancellation Policy
All services at Lock N2 Wellness are by appointment only. Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Appointments can be scheduled online or directly with the practitioner. ________________________________________ Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ________________________________________ Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting the next scheduled client. If the service can still be completed within the remaining time, the full service fee will still apply. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in: • Loss of deposit • A cancellation fee • Requirement of full payment in advance for future bookings ________________________________________ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments. ________________________________________ Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Deposits may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment with proper notice. ________________________________________ Consultation Policy Some services require a consultation prior to treatment to assess scalp health, hair condition, and wellness needs. This ensures the most appropriate service plan is provided. ________________________________________ Children and Guests To maintain a calm and professional wellness environment, we ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment unless prior arrangements are made. ________________________________________ Health & Safety Clients experiencing illness, scalp infections, or contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule their appointment for health and safety reasons. ________________________________________ Policy Agreement By booking an appointment with Lock N2 Wellness, clients acknowledge and agree to the booking policies outlined above.
