Sisterlocks™ a hair care system that allows you to wear your natural curly hair without the use of chemicals, gels, grease or other heavy moisturizers. After a completed consultation, we will begin your Sisterlocks installation at a pre-determined appointment.

My approach Focuses on the needs of each individual and map out a Health and Wellness plan that fits your lifestyle. Not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Interlocks Installation
The Interlocking method of starting locs is an alternative to the more traditional palm roll method. It’s one that I highly recommended because palm rolled locs are more susceptible to breakage due to the stress of repeated rolling and twisting of the hair at the roots.

Hair and Scalp Treatments
A dry and itchy scalp is embarrassing, irritating and can often cause discomfort. Many people experience skin irregularities on their scalp, and there are various causes – both internal and external. Understanding the causes and knowing about the solutions is the first step towards improving and stabilizing skin conditions. Most scalp conditions lead to hair loss or some type of skin rash. Many scalp conditions are hereditary. Malnutrition or infection can also cause scalp conditions. The treatment and your outlook depend on the condition causing the scalp problems.
